You could join Bev and her love for a Ride class, "I love teaching Ride because of the love & passion I have for it. I like to give my members the best workout with a fun element to it, knowing they've had a great experience & will return. You can expect a great workout and to be challenged, burn calories & increase serotonin levels. Indoor cycling mainly works the lower body - quads, glutes, thighs, hamstrings and calves - strengthening the cardiovascular system. Members enjoy being motivated, taken out of their comfort zone and the challenge from the instructor, plus they love the great music and being part of a group."

Sunday 1st December is set to be a memorable day with our Breakfast with Santa event.

Families are invited to enjoy a hearty Full English breakfast, all while being entertained by our talented children's entertainer.

But that's not all - the main attraction is a visit to Santa himself! Each child will have the chance to meet Santa and will be given a special gift to take home.

It's a festive experience that promises to fill the day with joy, laughter, and a sprinkle of Christmas magic.

"Body Attack is great fun - it’s challenging and leaves you on a massive high afterwards! I love the group atmosphere and watching members' progress as they get fitter and stronger. Body Attack is a sports based cardio workout with high energy, uplifting music. It combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. It caters to all fitness levels with low impact options given throughout. It will leave you sweating but smiling! Regular class attendance will greatly improve your functional & cardiovascular fitness. It’s a whole body workout that burns calories & fat while also toning and shaping. You’ll build endurance and stamina and as well as improve your coordination and agility."

Murder Mystery Night - Murder at Morston Manor
