Hatton design and build

It’s been a while since I last posted but I’ve finally caught up with the back log of projects and I’m now taking on new jobs so feel free to get in touch ,it’s been an interesting few months with a variety of different projects from swimming pools to three story Guinea pig mansions 😂 but I’ve enjoyed all them so I’ve posted a few pics to show what I’ve been up to 😊

Our work here is done just in time to raise a glass for the jubilee 😊 it’s been an interesting project with quite a few design issues to get over including building a bespoke cupboard to hide the steel posts holding the RSJ up and generally making the kitchen design work incorporating a breakfast bar but it all worked out well in the end , the ultra slim solid work surface looks great with the traditional Belfast sink and shaker style kitchen compliment’s it well , over to the client to add the finishing touches when they return from their holidays 🍻 cheers and happy jubilee

New project started today in Warwick, knocking through kitchen to create large open plan living area

Follow on from yesterday’s post , unfortunately the sun didn’t make an appearance but the gates got installed and the finishing touches were done to complete the project all ready for the weekend !

Day in the workshop building gates for a client then back out tomorrow to install them hopefully in sunshine 😊

Here are some before and after pics of 3 bedroom flat refurbishment that we’ve just completed for a client in Leek wootton, it was previously a rental property and was in desperate need of some TLC , we’ve ran this project in Tandem with garage conversion seen on the previous post and we’re pleased to now be able to hand it back looking fresh and new all ready for its new occupants 😊

Sorry we haven’t posted for a while we’ve been busy working on this garage conversion, it’s been a great project and we’ve really enjoyed transforming the tired old garage to a fantastic open plan home office space / tv room along with a shower room and utility combination at the rear , we have also continued the Karndean flooring through into the open plan lounge that we extended around 7 years ago , more pics will be added once the front elevation has been rendered and the new canopy porch added 😊

Garage conversion well under way but no fun when you have to wear gloves because the roof tiles are to hot to touch and it’s 29 degrees 🥵

Lovely garden room finished off today just in time for the predicted rain and thunderstorms , nice to know the weather won’t effect your time in your garden 😊

This is a personal project on my own home- During lock down the need for a dry outside space became apparent and I can honestly say it’s been the best addition to the house,
Christmas Day was even spent outside with a heater! 😂
In addition to the veranda I also wanted to build a bespoke storage unit to hide away our recycling bins etc and also add outside storage drawers for vegetables and everyday items.

Friends and family that have visited are now keen to have a similar setup added to their own homes. 😊

A veranda that can be built within 2 days over your existing patio!!
