We transformed this tired old tiled floor in this kitchen and extension bring it up to date to match the new kitchen, a firmfit rigid gore lvt plank was used. Even though the customer had a manhole cover that needed access, we managed to get the job done.

Today’s job completed was a laminate herringbone. Forma bonetto 8mm sovereign oak, fitted on a 3mm rubber crumb underlay.

We’ve just completed this kitchen SPC tile job for a customer in Sunderland. The subfloor was prepared firstly by boarding with 6 &12 mm ply to make it suitable for the spc and a little feather to make sure the transition between the two different heights was level.

What a difference a floor makes. This hallway was transformed by firstly ply lining the floor to be suitable for LVT then laying the lovely Luvanto oak plank and then something completely different in the entrance way. The finished look is outstanding 😍

Another herringbone job laid diagonally, floor was prepared by scraping up old adhesive, primed then screeded ready for the Lvt. Another happy customer 🙂
