We have had a busy last month of fixing boilers , air source heat pumps and general plumbing and heating,,,, oil ,gas,water,air !

Attended a call out for a bore hole pump not working yesterday,,,, previous company quoted £5600 to replace the pump and charged £250 for there visit to tell the customer this !
All the problem was is the accumulator had no air in it ,, so restored air pressure and tested and the house has running water again,,, cost two hours labour!

Will return next week and see if accumulator has lost air pressure again or weather it’s just down to lack of servicing.

A good morning at work ,, we had planned to run in a complete new heating carcass but we were lucky to find the leak on the system under the floor in the 1st room we picked on !
Someone used a coin to blank off a copper tee 35 years ago !
Inappropriate fitting!!

Makes it all worth it !

A few hours working on the Shepard hut project we are working on ( when it’s not raining)

This is one of the oldest boilers I look after at 47 years old ,, they don’t make them like this anymore ,,, it just won’t break !!

Just sunrise in Horndean and enough energy from the sun to be off grid this early on in the day ,,,the solar input will now just continue to rise and take battery to 100% charge and then heat the hot water !!

Working in on and under a shepherds hut !!

Very interesting,,, Underfoor heating , Vaillant Ecotec plus boiler and I’m looking forward to making the hand made towel rail over the weekend!

Lots and lots of breaking up floors to replace the central heating pipework,,, job was finished on time and rubbish cleared away .

This was a job the customers were dreading having done but we did one room at a time and made the job as straight forward as possible!

Air source heat pump installation underway

Another array of PV panels installed and also a TESLA power wall ,, this Tesla battery pack will store energy from the panels and feed power back in to the supply so less demand on the incoming mains from grid .
