New Vaillant Eco tech plus system boiler and 170 Ltr unvented indirect hot water cylinder sited up this spacious loft. The last boiler sited in the utility room had a blocked heat exchanger and spent more time switching off than coming on. Full flush carried out and the old leaky open vent cylinder removed and replaced with this fully pressurized cylinder to deliver clean, clear efficient mains water throughout on both hot and cold supplies.

Just finishing off the final stages of this new build. Both bathroom & Ensuite now finished with cloakroom to go. Vaillant 7kw ASHP, 250 Ltr Vaillant unistor unvented cylinder and 45 Ltr buffer all just making it inside the airing cupboard.
Underfloor throughout downstairs with radiators heating the 1st floor. All commissioned and MCS signed off allowing the customer access the £7500 grant!

New bathroom installation completed, new bath with concealed thermostatic diverter shower valve ,concealed WC cistern and pan, ceramic bowl basin and mixer tap and chrome towel rail.

Failed oil fired swimming pool boiler removed and replaced with a new 16kw Heat pump ready for the summer.

Refurb job in Chichester with new heating system installed. Vaillant combination boiler, Stelrad softline radiators and both bathroom & Ensuite 1st fixed ready for tiling.

Vaillant 7kw ASHP installation with Vaillant 250 uni store unvented cylinder, buffer tank and controls. Underfloor throughout downstairs and radiators providing heat on the first floor.

Can’t stress enough how important it is to keep on top of having your gas boiler serviced on an annual basis.
Unfortunately for this one it broke down and upon arrival it was clear before the cover was removed that this was due to a backed up condense line. The condense trap had never been removed and was full of soot which had crystallized and backed up inside the heat exchanger causing the acidic condense to flood the boiler and eat away at the fan and case housing.
The end result was to rip this one out and start again as the damage had already been done.

This week we have been upgrading and old heat only non condensing Potterton Suprima gas boiler, to a new A rated Vaillant eco tech plus 836 combination boiler. After years of issues with rads not heating correctly and faulty controls, this system is now fit for purpose once again. Full flush and thermostatic valves fitted to all radiators, the homeowners can now control the temperature in each room accompanied by Vaillants wireless gateway sensoroom weather & load compensating app controller.

After ripping out this 35 year old boiler, cylinder and all radiators. We upgraded and fitted the new Vaillant Eco tech plus 832 combination boiler, complete with Vaillant’s wireless gateway sensoroom app controlled heating stat for complete boiler modulation. Using outside temperatures and current indoor temperature, this controller will modulate the boilers main burner to use less energy and keep a steady heat curve for better efficiency as well as providing instant hot water.
All rads were upgraded to new Stelrad panel radiators with new thermostatic valves and lock shields.

Old 25 year Vaillant sadly had to be replaced as parts discontinued. Due to the time of year client opted for a more ‘budget’ style combi boiler. Went for the Glow worm Mirocom 24c which does the job perfectly. Now up and running again with heating and hot water on demand and now condensing which will lower heating costs by up to 25%

Cold storage tank and cylinder removed to make way for this new Gledhill Direct unvented cylinder. Cleaner more efficient mains fed hot & cold water at 3 bar, all balanced to the bathroom sanitary ware.

Busy week last week doing a full heating install throughout. Removal of very old Back boiler and hot water cylinder (which was older than me) and radiators.

Installation of new Vaillant ecotech plus combination boiler with wireless ready smart controller with app control.
New Stelrad softline radiators throughout with all pipework chased into the walls ready to be skimmed over. Eastbrook vertical Anthracite radiator in main bedroom.

Power flush carried out after complaints of poor circulation throughout the heating system. Needless to say the system was very dirty. Once flushed and dosed with chemicals the output was the best it had ever been.
