Can I just make people aware that if you are winning gift vouchers on raffles, and you bookk in an appointment and cancel that appointment same day you will lose out on 50% of the ‘appointment amount’ as this is a slot that I could have filled it’s abit like booking a normal appointment and cancelling same day, my policies apply the same way. please be aware🤍 (it’s no different to cancelling a normal appointment same day)

For example if you have a £50 gift voucher and book in for Russians (£50) you will have £25 left on your voucher if you cancel same day as 50% of the appointment amount will be deducted. Same as a normal appointment if you cancel same day I do require half the appointment amount

(If people cancel same day I won’t be able to fill that appointment therefore I lose out on that whole booking)

If you cancel 24hrs before then that’s fine, all you will do is lose the £10 deposit as normal or £10 will be taken off the gift voucher
