Recovery Day 2. Started on the hand exercises now the nerve block has worn off.
Shoulder still immobilised so feel like Horatio Nelson!!!
It’s Chocolate Friday and I’ve just had the lovely Chloe to visit and she brought goodies with her. Thank you sweetie. (I will share them with Jeremy I promise! 🤞🤞🤞).

So, the first photo was two hours after shoulder surgery yesterday, the second one was taken today. The pain killing meds are amazing. I’ve managed to go out for a walk today.
Physio will hopefully start as soon as the nerve block wears off ……..I hope it doesn’t wear off too quick!! 🤣🤣🤣

Time to get this poorly shoulder fixed. Thank you for all the good luck and well wishes messages I have received over the last few days and this morning. 😘😘😘😘See you all very soon. 🙏🙏🙏

We had a goodie bag brought in on Wednesday from the lovely Keri Williams.
What an absolute treat, thank you Keri. That will keep us all going for a while. 🤗😘😘😘

Yesterday we received some very sad news that one of our clients had passed away 💔 It has come as quite a shock to us and we send our deepest condolences and love to their family and friends at this sad time ❤️

In our line of work, yes our jobs are to help you, to 'fix' you and to relax you however our job goes much deeper than that.
We choose to open up and let you into our lives, at the same time as you choose to open up and let us into your lives.
We laugh with you, we cry with you, we share our funniest and most cherished memories with you.
We become more than client and therapist, we become friends ❤️
