As part of our Centenary celebration, one of our 100 Challenges is to distribute 100 poppy stones.
This afternoon at Old Church Cemetery and Heath Lane Cemetery in West Bromwich, poppy stones painted by our young people, were placed on Commonwealth War Graves and other graves marking those who gave the ultimate sacrifice or who have served their country.
More poppy stones will be placed out over the next few weeks at Heath Lane Cemetery and other areas around West Bromwich.
Poppies are up at our Church.
We will be attending the Remembrance Parade on Sunday 12th November at Dartmouth Park.

One of the fireworks we enjoyed last night.
Having fun with sparklers... safely.
Last night we had a couple of small campfires for bonfire night. We made the campfire bread twists from BB Resources then cooked them over the fires. We also had sparklers and fireworks. It was another great evening.
Even though it is half term, we are still meeting tonight. Hope the weather stays dry.
Lest we forget.
This time of year a lot of Companies would be going to their annual camp. For some it would their first experience of being under canvas and sometimes their first time from home.
But many memories are made at camp and everlasting friendship's. Here are a few memories of the 5th's camps.
Tonight was our last night of the session before we break up for the summer school holidays. We started with making s'mores... mmm delicious! We then finished with a game of football.
We hope you all have a good summer break and we look forward to seeing you all back with us in September for the start of our Centenary year!
