Wednesday 17th July was officially the start of harvest 2024 for our sister company Glover Agricultural Services and we was on hand to provide the bulk transport late into the night 🌙🚛🌾

We are looking for seasonal agricultural operative to join our hard-working team.
We are based at West Dereham (which is where you will be based) but you will be required to carry out work in various locations around Norfolk. Within this role you will need to work well within a team, you will be responsible for carting fresh produce as well as general farm jobs and carrying out machinery maintenance. You will be required to adhere to the companies Health and safety policy at all times.
There will be a possibility for a full-time position for the right candidate. Pay will be discussed at interview.

We are currently recruiting full time agricultural operatives within our busy and well established agricultural contracting company due to an increased volume of work.

We are based in West Dereham (near Downham Market) which is the base that you will be operating from, on occasions working in other locations therefore be prepared to travel. Within this role you will be reporting to the Agricultural Director and will be required to carry out a variety of tasks and hours of work will vary with seasonality.

You will be required to complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on a timely basis, as well as being able to work to on your own initiative and adhere to all health and safety legislation.

You will be required to carry out the following operations, but not limited to;

Land work preparation for a range of crops
- Spraying
- Drilling
- Harvesting
- Baling, bale chasing & stacking
- Transportation of crops
- Spreading

Essential:
- PA1 and PA2 Certification
- PA4 S Qualification
- Clean Full Driving Licence
- Telehandler qualification
- Experience of driving a tractor and other Farm implements, minimum 2 years

Desirable:
- PA4G Qualification
- PA6 Qualification
- NROSO Registration
