Here we go......

Wiltshire Chilli Festival is one of our favourite festivals of the year and we are so happy to be returning for our 3rd year!

Along with our full range or sauces and candied products, we will have Lily and her homemade crochet chillies. These really are amazing so come take a look

The weather forecast maybe a little damp.....but our gazebo temp will be MILD to WILD so come say hello and have a sample

You can also see Shawn at Flavour and Fire gazebo where he will be hosting The Uk Chilli Sauce Awards. We have picked up a couple of awards for the last 2 years and we may or may not have entered again this year (shhhh......we have entered ;))

Not long now until Wells Food Festival

This is a new one for us on our 'home turf' so come say Hi 👋 and sample some fantastic chilli products :)

We're hoping, with all these updates we've been posting, that you have this date in your diary already, but in case you haven't, here it is: Wells Food Festival 2024 - Sunday 13 October, 1030-1630.

Just over 5 weeks to go.... here's a little glimpse of what's in store.

We are here smashing out the chilli products at Minehead Bay Festival and what a day for it! Great people and a great atmosphere :)

Lots of awesome music, food and of course....us!

Weather is looking great so come on down for a great family day out :)

If you are attending Wiltshire Chilli Festival, don't forget to stop by Flavour and Fire who will be hosting the The Uk Chilli Sauce Awards (massive thank you for this 🤜🤛)

This is a blind public tasting of various heat levels of sauces and condiments allowing you to pick your favourite!

We have been lucky enough to have won awards for the last 2 years so we are hoping to bring home awards for a 3rd year :)

“No one knows” it’s anyone’s guess in the blind public taste test. Is your sauce going to be the public’s favourite on the day?

We have increased our batch size this time as we have Minehead Bay Festival closely followed by Wiltshire Chilli Festival.
Candied Garlic is always a very big seller so hopefully we have enough :)

Lily House has also been very busy making her Soft Chillies in 2 sizes.

They will be available on the website soon for £5.00 for a small and £9.50 for a large. Also available at the up coming festivals and markets

Meet Chilli Goodies - a father and daughter team - who are making their debut at Wells Food Festival on Sunday 13 October.

Chris is currently based out of Weston-Super-Mare but he grew up here in Wells.

Chilli Goodies will be located in Wells Market Place selling a range of chilli sauces, chilli salts and candied chillies🌶

Where to find us......

We have Minehead Bay Festival on 31st Aug! This is a free to attend festival with amazing crafts, food, demonstration and chilli sauce! :)

Next is Wiltshire Chilli Festival on 21st Sept. We are returning for a 3rd year and really love being involved. A brilliant free to attend festival for the who family! Plus blind taste products and cast your vote at The Uk Chilli Sauce Awards. We have our fingers crossed to pick up an award for the 3rd year in a row!! :)

Onto Wells Food Festival on 13th Oct. This year we have been lucky to get involved with this festival and very happy to be trading on our 'home turf!' (Wells born and bred). Again this is free to attend and a great day out with plenty of artisan stands to keep you busy and entertained

Come see us at Bridgwater food and drink festival on 23rd Nov. This will start us off with our Christmas festivities (sorry to mention this word when it's still nice and sunny lol)
We attended at the start of the year and had a great time. With upwards of 50 stalls to browse......what better way to spend a day. And don't forget......its free to attend!

We will have our range of sauces, candied products and popping candy available to try at each festival so come say hello and test ur taste buds!

Lily House will also have her home-made crochet soft chillies on sale which you won't to miss. They sell fast and they will be limited at each festival so grab one when you see them!

We have just had our 2nd inspection from the EHO, and we are proud to have maintained our level 5 with no recommendations!

Achieving the level 5 is very important to us as it demonstrates our hygiene and safety when producing our products :)

Just like that......the Cheese & Chilli Festival in Christchurch has come and gone!

We have been shocking with posting over the weekend but we had a cracking time!

Met so many new people and thank you to everyone who purchased from us or stopped by to say hello, it's means alot!

Massive thank you to my daughter and partner in chilli crime.....Lily. If you had the pleasure to speak to her, you will know that things wouldn't run so smoothly without her. She not only sets up most of the stand but also takes control when I go off for my random walks and chats 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Couldn't do it without her 😘

Ready for Christchurch Cheese & Chilli Festival 🌶 😋 😜

The bottle on the left is 100ml, bottle on the right is 150ml (actually around 165ml in this one)

Still considering the bottle size increase but not 100% convinced

Will have some of our sauces in the bigger bottles at Cheese & Chilli Festival Christchurch so will see what you.....the chilliheads think! :)

Who is coming to Christchurch Cheese and Chilli Festival??

We have managed to get on board at the last minute and will now be cooking for the next 3 weeks! 🤣

Not one to miss with so many incredible chilli producers offering different styles of hot sauce and condiments

Rumour has it.......we will also have a fresh batch of our superhot popping candy and plenty of cute crochet chilli keyrings

Looking forward to seeing our existing customers and meeting lots of new chilliheads :)

So we decided a while ago to look at different bottles for our sauces and this one has become a very strong contender! Obviously this allows us to use a larger bottle (Lil Rodeo ranch sauce would go from 100ml to 140ml)
