This bay window was in pretty bad condition that had been damaged over time by the elements. All hacked off back to stud frame. New felt and metal lath. Two coats of sand and cement render and a tyrolean finish.

This fire place has been repaired with sand and cement and finished off with multi finish plaster. It is now ready for a new log burner.

Here is a bay window that needed repairing. All of the old render and metal Lath has been removed . I have Replace the felt with breathable membrane and metal lath. Two coats of sand and cement finished off with a ruff cast tyrolen. This house will be painted so the client had agreed the finial finish would fit in well with the rest of the house.
