Nice little job putting in some stepping stone kandla grey Indian sandstone slabs

Kandla grey Indian sandstone and some artificial grass installed for some very happy customers after removing old bark, rotten sleepers and around 7-8 tonnes of old stone which they hated.

Job 1: Stripped turf, cut in a new border and added 5 Tonne of top soil
Job 2: Patio clean, chased out jointing and rejoint.
Huge thanks to the boys today we absolutely smashed it.

What we turned up to - to what we left behind. All done in a day and just the grouting on the following day. Customer wanted the stepped/staggered edges rather than cut flush and when they saw their patio all finished they said with great smiles “you’ve exceeded all of our expectations” - now that is exactly what we do this for!

Really enjoyed this build although challenging at times especially with the weather!

(Subcontracting) Post and rail fencing replaced after extensive silt removal works.

Replacement of storm damaged fence and new gate installed - built to fit the size and space of customers step.

Garden had a steep gradient to one side.
To make this area useable we installed two large sleeper beds which double as a retaining wall, steps and a bark chip walkway.
We also installed a sleeper border making a play area for children and filled with play bark.

Customer called on us to replace their very rotten sleeper bed and install fencing part way round their patio.
The inside of the sleeper bed was painted with bitumen paint to help extend the life of their new sleeper bed.

After a road traffic accident this stone wall had seen better days! Customer was happy with our quote and with a bit of backwards and forwards with the insurance company we eventually got to work cleaning up the stone, tidying the area and getting ready to rebuild this stone wall. They asked if we could make a swooping pathway out of some old bricks they had leading to their door which hadn’t been accessible for a long time, so of course with our drive to make our customers happy that’s exactly what we did! Lovely people to work for and made a great cuppa tea too 👌

Managed to get this booked in in a very short space of time to help someone who was moving to the are with dogs and needed a fence and gate put up to keep the dogs in. Happy to help someone out from a long way away and make their move less stressful!

Garden tidy, weeding, hedge trim ready to edge all the grass borders and a couple more bush’s to trim. Customer told me they wanted their hedge cut back to 6 inches behind their boundary wall which meant cutting around half a meter back, so that’s what we did. Happy customers means a happy end to the day!
