Hi Everyone.
I hope you are all well.
I just wanted to let you know that I will be at these two Fayres this month and next, offering Pada Abhyanga Foot massage, and Japanese Meridian hand massage.
Spaces are limited, so if you would like to book in please let me know.
These Fayres are absolutely fantastic and there will be other treatments including Reiki on offer, as well as readings, incense and cleansing items, herbs, candles, alter items, and some of the most beautiful jewellery, and crystals. Plus so much more that I haven't mentioned, including meeting some of the most lovely people, and a potential to find someone who offers the treatments that i used to offer.

Hi, Everyone.

As some of you know, I have been struggling with my health for a long time, and after recent events on holiday, it has become apparent that my condition has advanced, and its becoming more, and more difficult for me to predict good and bad days.

I have therefore been advised to take early retirement. So as of July 3rd, I will be sadly closing.
It has been an extremely hard decision to make, especially as our mission to help has been a huge success, and we have been able to help so many people over the years.

We honestly feel like we are abandoning you all, and we have truly loved every minute of working with you.

I am really having to hold myself back from apologising to everyone, but I really am sorry, because I know that the treatments have helped you all so much.

There are many people out there who offer wonderful treatments. I hope you can develope a wonderful relationship with them. Message me for recommendations if you are stuck.

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me, and trained me to such a wonderful standard, Beautiful Dawn, Kathleen, Anchala, Esther and Anne.

To Mitch Garlington (who will be back at Be my calm for readings on June 25th) and Dawn The Energy Witch , Thank you so much for your wonderful energies, that fill the room, and make it so beautiful. Xx

I am living in hope that I will be able to pick this all back up in the future, and train people to do the treatments that I do.

I am so excited about this offer.

Tsuboki is a beautiful meridian balancing massage which incorporates anma massage techniques,and a balancing of the Tsubos.( acupressure points) given to the upper chest, shoulders, neck, face and head.

The Japanese believe that beauty comes from the inside, as well as the outside, and the more healthy and balanced we are, the more beautiful we appear.

Before the massage begins, you are treated to a Rose (great for anxiety, heart rate, and balancing cortisol levels.) And geranium ( depression, and antioxidant.) cleanse,.

The massage is given using Rosehip seed oil, which is full of vitamin C and F, and antioxidants, which help keep the skin healrhy and smooth, and is known for its anti aging properties. Traditionally camellia oil is used, but I find that rosehip seed oil has many more benefits.

The massage is given in four stages, first to the neck and shoulders to improve circulation, secondly a gentle, and thorough massage is given to the face. Thirdly acupressure is applied to 8 meridians on the face that benefit all of the bodies vital organs. The massage is completed with a lymphatic drainage, to help eliminate any toxins that have been released.

In addition, Ridoki and gua sha can be used to enhance the massage.

Ridoki rollers are used in acupressure and reflexology, they can improve circulation and elasticity in the skin, they also make the skin more responsive to moisture.

Jade ( great for relaxation, calming and rebalancing) or Rose quartz ( great for self love, peace and easing tension) gua sha are used to help with lymphatic drainage, and to soothe the skin.

This massage is such a wonderful treat, and a wonderful gift for Mothers day.

* This massage is not suitable during pregnancy, or if you have had botox or fillers recently*

Each month I have the pleasure and joy of spending the evening with a group of wonderful Reiki healers.
Last night during our Reiki gathering, we sent out some truly beautiful distant healing, with the intention that beautiful universal energy would continue to reach those who need it over the weekend. The energy felt from this healing was so pure and filled with love, so we would like to share this out to anyone who feels that they need this right now.
