Oh the mirror!
This absolute beauty got snapped up quickly and went to her new home last night 🤍
Painted in Dixie belle duck egg with subtle pink highlighting on the ornate detailing, enhanced with dark and bronze wax.
This was the first mirror I upcycled but I will definitely be doing more.
Much love x
Ooooo she’s coming together! I wasn’t planning on making it so purple but actually love it!!
Still not quite finished so may not be my first completed project of 2022 as still waiting on the replacement leather and need to do a little work on the interior but the exterior is done! 🤍
Much love x
NEW PAINTS 🖌😊
Getting new paints makes me soooo happy!!
I have quite a few pieces of furniture to be upcycled at the moment so I cannot wait to use these colours!
Sneak Peak alert!
This is going to be the first completed piece for 2022!
I’ve working on this beauty over the last few days and so far I am loving the results.
Still lots to do until this project is finished but it’s getting there. 🤍
Hope you all have a awesome new year! We will be having a quiet one this bit with plenty of Mexican food and ginger beer! 🎉🍾

Happy Christmas Eve guys 🎄
Hope you are all having a lovely day and looking forward to Christmas tomorrow.
I absolutely love this time of year. I cannot wait to see family and stuff my face with all the amazing food!
These are some ceramic baubles that I painted to add to our Christmas tree. Painted with Dixie belle and finished with gold foil. ❤️
Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas! I’ll catch you all after the festivities 😊
Much love xx
The last completed project of the year 🤍
Beautiful blue side table with wild flower stencilling.
Painted in dusty blue and a mix of Antebellum blue and In the navy for the interior.
I used white wax to enhance the distressed finish on the unit.
This beauty is currently for sale so pop me a message if you would like more information.

This colour 🧡
This is the piece I have been teasing you about and here she is the completed project.
I am so pleased that I decided not to paint the drawers. Instead I used Dixie belle To***co Road stain to add more warmth.
This beauty is now up for sale. Drop me a message if you would like more details.
I’m back 🤍
It’s been crazy few weeks for me with a birthday and a wedding, that’s right I return as a married lady!
But I’m back and back on it with new projects so watch this space.
In the meantime heres a little pic of my bridal bouquet. Absolutely in love with these flowers, I love the colours! I also so much fun doing the bouquet and floral decor myself ….. Even if it did take a long time …. Patience was key but so pleased with results. 🧡
Another little sneak peak….
Been having a little debate whether to paint the drawers or leave them as wood. 🤔
I’ve gone with leave them as wood but I need to give them a good tidy up before this piece is completed!
Pictures of the finished piece will be coming soon!
For the next week you won’t be hearing anything from me as I’m getting married!! Crazy and very exciting times.
I am doing all the decor and flowers myself so it’s going to be super busy in our household to get it all done for the big day!
Have a great week and I’ll catch up with you all soon!
Much love x
Just had to show a little love for this commission piece I completed a few months back! Absolutely loved the results of this one 🤍 simple but absolutely stunning
I’ve been working on something new!! Here’s a little sneak peak! 🤍🧡
I’m sorry but I just love this photo 🤍 The lighting is just beautiful and over two of my favourite pieces. The green chest of drawers have found their new home but the ombré sideboard is still on the look out 👀
Drop me a message if you would like anymore info.
Here she is 🤍 This is the beauty that I gave you sneak peak of a few weeks back with chalkboard signs.
She was in some real need of TLC but I got say I am so pleased with the results. A number of different techniques used with a number of colours. Not forgetting the gold gliding wax to pull it together.
She will make a great blanket box, but in the meantime I will be using her at my wedding which is next month…. Crazy times!!

Custom mix of dusty blue and rusty nail for the burgundy shade
Hey guys and happy Friday! I’m sorry I haven’t been about this week things have been a little crazy!
But hey just a little teaser for you….. this is a colour palette I’ve been working with recently 😍
I’m a massive lover of orange and Dixie belle’s terracotta is a dream 🧡 Combine this with Tea rose, vintage duck egg, drop cloth and rusty nail I am certain the results will be a beauty!
Projects coming soon!
To end the week I thought I would share this beauty which I completed a few months back.
I just love this item so much, simple but gorgeous. Also love how great it looks against the teal wall. 🤍
What do you think?
Remember the frame I was working on the other week? … well here’s a little shot of the finished piece.
Painted in Dixie belle Vintage duck egg with a touch of Annie sloan burgundy paint and gold wax added to the frame’s detail. Set up in this picture with a mirror.
I got to say I am totally in love with the colour ❤️
Ok, so doing something slightly different with chalk paint recently. You may of seen on my story yesterday!
For my wedding, which is very quickly approaching 🤍 and in true upcycler fashion, I have been recycling various products to use on the big day.
Behold, the carnival game signs. I picked up some wood from my local wood recycling centre. Painted in black chalkboard paint and used stencils and white chalk paint for the lettering.
Oh and the background is a sneak peak at another piece I’ve been working on. More to come on this at a later date.
Sold this beauty over the weekend! 😊
Although I’m kind of sad to see it go as it was one of y favourites! Does anyone else every feel like that?
Never mind maybe I’ll recreate it again for my own home at some point.
Lots of other items currently for sale and more coming this
way soon. Drop me a message if you would like any info.
Have a great Monday! X
So I attended an Annie Sloan chalk paint workshop back in August with and this is the sample board I made.
The workshop was so incredibly beneficial it was great to spend some time with a true pro!
This board is going to be used to hang my paint brushes in my new workshop! That’s right ‘new workshop’ this was previously the Man den but I stole it from my soon to be husband! Oops 🙊
Project in progress alert!!!
Just a little sneak peak of this frame I’ve been working on.
Still some work to do with this but currently painted in Dixie belle vintage duck egg and burgundy used to highlight the detail. Just feel it needs just that little bit more to finish it off…. Thinking a touch of gold gliding wax 🤔
Finished frame coming soon 🤍
Here she is, the finished project. 🤍
Loved doing this commission. Customer wanted something pretty for this toy box for their grandchild but that would also match their living room decor.
Ombré technique used with Valspar furniture paint and detail added with these beautiful Annie Sloan meadow flower stencils. Very subtle ombré used on the flowers with Dixie belle drop cloth and dried sage.
The top kept as natural wood. Sealed with clear wax.
Playing around with stencils
Got these beautiful Annie Sloan Wild meadow flowers stencils as well as some letters which were just from Amazon.
Used both on my most recent commission piece which I will reveal later this week! ❤️
Much love x
Hey guys! 👋
Sorry I’ve been a little quiet over the last week but I’m back with more designs!! But first one last picture of the beauty I put up last week! You all know how much I love a painted dovetail joint! ❤️ I really enjoyed working on this piece as I managed to combine a few techniques of ombré blending and distressing!
Message me if you would like any further information for this beauty or any of my previous projects!
Much love all xx
Just look at this close up of the distressing detail on the top of this weeks new upcycled piece 🤍🤍
Say hello to this Ombré beauty!
Painted using Dixie belle Midnight blue, stormy seas, duck egg and dried sage. Sanded back to give a distressed rustic look with gold gliding wax added for extra detail.
Scroll across for the before photo, she was def in need of some TLC
She’s looking for a home so drop me a message if you would like more info
The close up shots!
Loving the details on this piece. I know I’ve already said it but I LOVE the handles! The finished piece looks like a whole different sideboard! ❤️
