The gardens are looking lovely today at Fig House as we set up for lunch under the shade of the fig tree. The gardens provide an opportunity for all the residents to stay engaged and active by planting vegetables and looking after the grounds.

Fig Tree Dementia Care is looking for individuals who want to make a difference in the world by providing the best care possible. We have exciting opportunities available for full and part-time Care Assistants across our three care homes in Weston-Super-Mare.

Helping our staff reach their full potential is vital to Fig Tree Dementia Care, and that starts with training.

Each team member will be taught to excel in their given field through extensive training that includes in-house development, QCF training up to level 7, and everything needed to meet the total needs of legislation.
