Yoga tonight at 6pm Road. We will be creating some gentle heat, whilst working through poses that support hip strength and mobility. Finishing with a nourishing restorative pose, bridge and you could choose legs up the wall or whatever you need (options available). The room will be laid out slightly differently this even so we all have access to the wall. And we will finish with a meditation for rest. Looking forward to seeing you all later. Happy new year, wow I can't quite believe it's 2023! I have arrived a bit poorly 😕 just can't shake this nauseous feeling for days. So we will start back on the 10th of January. Beginners course will be available as a 4 week block. It's not "new year, new me", you have always been you but if you fancy trying something new, exploring some movement, you are so welcome to come and join.
