The Fuchsia cancer support group held their annual Macmillan coffee morning today. An amazing £270.27 was raised (£100.74 of that was from the loose change bottle thats been on the bar)

I expect many of you will already have heard that I'm retiring and the pub will be closing its doors on 29th September.
It's not been an easy decision but I know its the right one. The past 21, unforgettable, years have been amazing (with the exception of the lockdowns). I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your support and loyalty - you have no idea just how much I will miss you all, at least I have countless, cherished memories to look back on. Thankyou for being a big part of our extended familly.
Please, if you can, join us in these last days to say goodbye.

Last night I had the pleasure of handing over a cheque to the Seashore centre (the children's ward at Weston hospital). Through your donations and support we raised a whopping £2800 for them. Well done everyone and thankyou
