I'm not putting any pictures up as it is disgusting, but on an almost daily basis, we are coming to the shop to find someone's dog has defecated outside and said person has just decided to leave the faeces there on the pavement.

However, today we came in to find someone had decided it was a nice idea to leave their own (human) faeces on the step outside the shop as a present for us to have to clean up before our shifts. Our CCTV has caught them in the act.

I accept you may have been caught short but the step outside our shop is not the place to relieve yourself. If in future, we continue to find people doing such disgusting acts, or even just not picking up after their dogs, we will start releasing pictures. It's not something we want, nor should have to do. However, it is not up to us to have to clean up the mess you or your dog is leaving.

Hi All,

So sorry to the few orders that were delayed today. We try and make the orders to time. However, sometimes things happen which we cannot prevent. Unfortunately today our gas cut off around 7pm. This caused a delay with a few orders through the night as we were unable to cook anything (we have gas cookers and ovens).

We have lodged a complaint with the gas networks as this is not the first time this has happened. However, they said there is nothing they can do as they are carrying out essential works.

We are extremely sorry for the few orders that went out late today as this should not happen from our end regardless. We hope you accept out apologies and hope you understand. We will do all we can to ensure this does not happen again.
