BLAST FROM THE PAST. This incredible photo was sent to me recently of our cafe bar sometime in the 20s or 30s when it was the James Cafe. It's so clearly the same but so different. The white table cloths and table settings suggest something a little more sophisticated than our current offer but it's satisfying to know we've come full circle and are back to being a cafe - one that celebrates Whitby's amazing history ☺️
