How super cute are these cupcakes which I made for a surprise baby shower ❤️ 👶 ❤️

My client chose lemon cupcakes for all, half with raspberry jam and white chocolate ganache and the other half with lemon curd and vanilla buttercream 🙌🏼

Who doesn’t love Strawberries and chocolate ❤️ and this cake has both!

Rich chocolate sponge filled with silky milk chocolate ganache the covered in even more chocolate ganache and topped with fresh strawberries and a white chocolate drip

Something a little different to the usual “pretty cakes”

I was asked to create a cake for a fan of the band, Slipknot and came up with this.

The mask is based on the one worn by the bands front man, Corey Taylor. Whilst not a complete replica, my client instantly knew what it was and who’s mask it was… mission accomplished 🙌🏼❤️

The cake was 4 layers of vanilla sponge filled with raspberry jam and white chocolate ganache!

Absolutely loved the colours on this one. Sometimes it only take one tone to make a cake stand out and I loved the “hint” of sage on this one.

It took me right back to being 7 years old and being so excited at Christmas time to get the latest Barbie and all her accessories. I think I had everything ever made from the mid 80’s and all the special edition ones that came out.

Wow this Bowser topper took some doing and the heat didn’t help 🥵 but I got there in the end 🙌🏼

Crisp white decoration for a 60th Wedding Anniversary cake.

Sometimes the simplest of design is the one that stands out most ❤️

Always love creating wedding cakes. There’s something special about being a very tiny part of such a special day filled with love and joy ❤️

This couple held their reception at a fruit farm just outside Newent and wanted a cake to fit the venue.

The finish was all white chocolate ganache and then decorated with a cascade of flowers which matched the bride’s bouquet 💐

Slightly less traditional, but equally as lovely

A more modern take on a wedding cake. This is a “double barrel” cake, which basically means two (or more) cakes in one. Rather than having the traditional two or more tiers, you can create a column design.

This one stood at 18” tall and was dressed with a statement drip and floral arrangement.
