Our Story
PowerHouse Tanning & Beauty has been open for 18 years, and since opening, we have expanded the salon by adding a large beauty room with two beds, spray tanning room, two nail bars and a brow bar.
The salon has the latest high powered Sun Showers designed for excellent tanning performance.
There are 6 members of staff that make the PowerHouse Team. Our team of beauty therapists have many years experience and offer a wide range of beauty products and services.
We all work hard to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all our clients and enjoy all aspects of tanning and beauty from day to day treatments to special occasions including weddings, proms and balls.
PowerHouse is situated in West Monkseaton, and is a contemporary salon offering a wide range of tanning and beauty services to suit all.
We also have unlimited FREE customer parking right outside the salon so there's no annoying car park charges.
Why did we name ourselves 'PowerHouse'? We chose to use power in our name, because when you leave you get the amazing feeling that you have been empowered, almost like a new person.
