It provides important feedback that inform, refine, and enhance the understanding of the alignment of a variety of postures (standing, seated, backbends, inversions, restorative). It suits those with limited mobility but also those who are open to take a fresh and dynamic look at their practice. This will be a relaxing and therapeutic class open to all.

We’ve just booked our tickets for Whitstable Yoga Festival 16th-17th June. It was such an easy online process that we used the extra time to think about what we might want to take with us!

Don’t worry though, if you’re planning to come to Erika’s Rocket Class on Saturday 16th June and don’t have a yoga mat then we can supply this.

The class is indoors at The Horsebridge Arts Centre but as it’s a pebble’s throw from Whitstable Beach you may want to also pack some suntan lotion and sun glasses for a lovely stroll along the beach before, after or between classes. ☀️ X
