Relaxing and enjoying the scenery in North Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

A few days ago I was involved in a discussion with a small group of people and I was expressing myself honestly and openly. At the end of the conversation I felt compelled to apologise for ‘becoming heated’. The person next to me looked directly at me and said ‘there’s nothing wrong with passion’. Thank you. I didn’t say what I did because I’m emotional, or over sensitive, or hormonal or a woman I said it because I believe it and I am passionate about it.
I hope that, in future, I will remember not to apologise for standing up for what I believe in.

I'm taking a break from teaching weekly classes for a while to focus on my other commitments. I'm hoping to offer some in person classes and/or workshops again later this year.
