Over boarded the hideous wood chip ceiling 🔨
Re-plastered 🪞
Swapped the single pendant light fixture for 5 new Led Down-lights ☀️
New skirting boards 🪚
Painted 👨‍🎨
New radiator and swapped the old 10mm copper pipe for some modern looking 15mm chrome 💨

All that is left to do is fit new air vent cover, gloss the architrave, door frame and door!
Oh and have the carpet fitted!

Our client was having problems with old sand and cement render that had just completely perished!

We always recommend a silicone based render now as it lasts much longer and is already coloured so there is no painting/maintenance!

This particular colour is Silver Pearl, fully meshed with plugs ✅
