Meditation - Sound or Silence?
Meditation has many challenges but no time spent on the meditation path is ever wasted. As scientific and medical research is showing us, a regular meditation practice had many benefits. However, sometimes our practice can feel stale or we aren’t getting the benefits we’d like - how would you feel eating the same food every day? Or listening to the same song day in day out. Varying our meditation practice can help us stick with and deepen our practice. Focused attention on the breath or a part of the body can be a calming peaceful experience but when the energy in the mind and body is high a mantra or chanting can raise your vibration and take you to a deep still place inside.
