Created by Chris Wakely with a need to produce wholesome bread using traditional methods, our breads and sourdoughs are produced using locally grown, Organic grains. We source the flour from Stoates at Cann Mills nr Shaftesbury. At Stoates the grains are stoneground in a traditional water mill which has been in production since 1832. To all our pizza customers, we are now closed until January. We are flat out with bread and it is simply not physically possible to open this Friday.
