Fantastic to be working in partnership with SGN
🏠 Organisations from across Hampshire have come together to collaborate on helping over 8,500 vulnerable households living in fuel poverty.
🤝 The event launched new partnerships with Action Hampshire, Dementia Support Hampshire & IOW and Good Neighbours Network, bringing them together with Citizens Advice Hampshire, National Energy Foundation and Princess Royal Trust for Carers in Hampshire to draw on each other’s expertise and specialist services. It's hoped this approach will increase cross-referrals for vulnerable customers to receive tailored support.
