I am a fully Qualified Pilates teacher with 10 years teaching experience. I aim to give everyone who attends my classes one to one attention.
I keep my numbers down and I will give levels to each exercise to make sure the class is appropriate for evey client. Classes are held at The Dance Studio Alma Road Windsor on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Please contact me to check the next availablity and course dates.
Wall Pilates has become a popular workout trend that promises fast weight loss results and improved core strength. While Wall Pilates can be a fun and challenging way to work out, the idea of fast weight loss through this workout is, unfortunately, a myth.
The truth is that there is no magic formula for losing weight quickly and sustainably. A healthy weight loss program combines a balanced diet with regular exercise, including strength training and cardiovascular activities. Wall Pilates can be an excellent complement to a well-rounded fitness routine, but it is not a shortcut to rapid weight loss. Here are three reasons why:
Building Core Strength Takes Time and Dedication: Wall Pilates is a great way to build core strength, but it takes time and commitment to see significant results. You need to engage in the practice consistently and continuously challenge yourself to progress with more difficult exercises.
Exercise Alone Is Not Enough to Achieve Significant Weight Loss: While exercise is a critical component of a healthy lifestyle, it is not enough to achieve significant weight loss on its own. Balanced nutrition, portion control, and calorie management are essential for achieving sustainable weight loss.
Sustainable Weight Loss Requires a Holistic Approach: Sustainable weight loss is not just about losing the weight but keeping it off in the long term. It requires a holistic approach that takes into account your individual lifestyle, habits, and goals, as well as supports mental and emotional wellbeing. It is a gradual process that requires patience, discipline, and consistency.
In conclusion, while Wall Pilates is an excellent way to build core strength and complement a healthy fitness routine, it is not a magic solution for rapid weight loss. To achieve sustainable weight loss, you need to combine a balanced diet, regular exercise, and a holistic approach that takes into account your individual needs and goals. When I finished teaching my classes I always thought I would love to start my day with my body feeling like it does now and not how I feel when I wake up. I figured I would be like Mary Poppins doing the school run π€£ probably not !! However, the feedback so far is great from ladies who have tried this early start and you donβt need to get out of your pjs. I promise you wonβt regret setting that alarm. All you need is a mat small ball a pillow and two tins. PJβs are fine and no chat required. My aim to make you feel wonderful for the rest of the day.
