Hitachi Vantara's new workplace at Broadgate Tower truly is a destination workplace. The reaction to the workplace has been overwhelmingly positive both internally and from external clients of Hitachi.
As you enter the new workplace you are greeted by a custom made reception area adorned with the Hitachi brand and framed by panoramic views of the London skyline. The lounge area offers agile spaces for collaborative project work, acts as a client facing suite for entertaining and is large enough to use for all hands meets. There is real planting throughout this workplace and ample natural light which creates a compelling working environment.
The meeting rooms are named after the iconic London landmarks that can be seen from the windows of the spaces. There are also smaller meeting pods, more relaxed booths and poseur tables for informal meetings. The new workplace has an intuitive flow to it and the team are ustilising the space exactly as it was intended.

Clerkenwell Design Week did not disappoint. Our design team took to the streets of Clerkenwell to catch up with our wonderful furniture, finishes and flooring suppliers. On top of this, they made the most of the experience by attending thought leadership seminars on demystifying sustainability, colour and behaviour, artificial intelligence in architecture and inclusive design.
Our challenge to the design team was to find their 'favourite 3' things at Clerkenwell this year.
Kicking things off our Creative Director, Scott Colman, found his favourite 3 wall finishes; The plush wall rugs at Granite and Smoke caught his eye with beautiful bold colours and thick, soft textures. Then he chose the dusty pink pitch room at Stansons and finally the vast array of Feltouch acoustic design on offer this year.
Our Furniture Consultant Lucy Bartlett found 3 furniture pieces that drive value, function and style. In the current climate we are working hard to find options for our clients that don't break the bank but still deliver quality. At our brand-new supplier, JDD | Joint Design Direction she found an affordable yet functional poseur height, collaboration table & chairs. At Orangebox she admired the Recur chair that is fully customisable but can be value engineered for tighter budgets. Also at Orangebox she found a pod that hits a competitive price point whilst offering all the usual quality that comes with any Orangebox product.
Heidi took on the world of flooring finding a running theme of textured carpet tiles and a focus on colour and shapes at Shaw Contract, Interface and Milliken Floors. Ana admired the architecture on offer looking at archways, coving and ceiling details.

Project complete!
Ara Venn, a specialist investment management firm focused on European residential strategies, needed to create a new workplace that would sustain their growing business for the coming decade. They were looking for a solution that would maximise the floorplan of their 4,500 sq ft space in the heart of Soho, with an accelerated timeline. Key to the brief was developing a flexible space to support the team with a large breakout area for them to recharge.
Our design included a client facing reception area and meeting rooms, an executive board room, enclosed offices for senior leadership and a breakout area complete with booths that double as informal meeting areas. The scheme uses high end finishes to fit with the central london location. All new furniture and Crittall glass walls create a wow factor as you navigate this unique space.
The team at Ara Venn are settling into their new home and are extremely happy with the outcome of this project.

Our Contracts Director, Richard Saunders is a qualified Mental Health First Responder with St John Ambulance and Becky Sykes is training to become one. They are trained to understand the full spectrum of mental health, spot when issues arise and understand the best practice to deal with mental health in the workplace. To help take our commitment to caring for our team's mental health further, our entire management team are being trained in Positive Mental Health at Work.

New Project Win!
We're pleased to share that after completing feasibility studies, we have been appointed to design and build a new workplace for Winch Design, a global luxury Yacht, Private Jet & Architectural practice.
Our team are currently onsite at Parklife in Putney, constructing a spacious workplace spanning two floors. The design includes a new internal staircase that links the fourth and the third floor spaces within the demise. In addition, a client facing reception area, executive boardroom, a large workshop and library, with options for formal and relaxed meetings as well as all new furniture. The colour palette uses neutral colours and natural textures to create a welcoming environment with a nod to their iconic land, air & sea based work.
This space is going to be something special. We look forward to sharing more as it progresses.

This is our recently completed Design and Build project for a leading accountancy group, specialising in the entertainment sector. Due to their continual expansion, the Group have taken 19,000 sq ft at the amenity rich 1010 Winnersh Triangle, Reading.
Spanning the whole second floor, this impressive workplace provides enough desk settings for their current team as well as ample room for them to expand as they grow. There is a client facing meeting suite with a bespoke joinery entrance way with brand coloured furniture. Throughout the open plan workspace there are areas with sofas for relaxed informal meetings, collaboration spaces, pods for taking phonecalls, booths for team work and further meeting rooms. There's even a curtained off screening area for reviewing client content. The large breakout area and well appointed kitchen provides the perfect place for the team to recharge, refuel and build relationships across teams.

Today we are hosting our supply chain partners and trusted subcontractors for a charity golf day in support of Ocean Conservation Trust at Sonning Golf Club.
Our fundraising supports the Blue Meadow initiative; regenerating existing Seagrass fields, reversing Seagrass decline, educating and advocating on behalf of our Oceans and planting new Seagrass in a scalable way. Seagrass is a vital habitat for sea life and it expels carbon 35 times faster than our tropical rainforests.
Thanks to all our subcontractors and suppliers helping us raise awareness and vital funds today.

This new workplace provides spaces for the UK team to work flexibly and collaboratively. It includes a high spec workshop and a full service department for all of Seiko group’s brands including Grand Seiko UK and Lorus Watches uk. The quality of the finishes and furniture throughout the space reflect the quality of the products with a nod to their Japanese heritage

New Project Win! 🎉
Our contracts team are busy working on an exciting new project to build a new regional head office for PizzaExpress at ARC Uxbridge. The ARC is set within 70 acres of parkland, is rated BREEAM Very Good and is only an hour outside of London.
Pizza Express required a flexible, modern workplace that fits around their agile ways of working. They needed to create brand led impact on arrival that carries throughout the space. The breakout area and kitchen will be adorned with Pizza Express navy blue finishes. In the collaboration lounge area dark navy walls will be softened with timber slat acoustic panels, planting and textured upholstery.

This is our recently completed project to build a 6,000 Sqft flagship office for a Marlow based, global audio and sound experience company.
The brief was to create a modern, flexible workplace for their team whilst providing unique, top-of-the-line customer experience spaces for product demonstrations. Our team created bespoke joinery solutions to enable interchangeable product placement to suit differing customer needs.
The entranceway creates a wow factor with floor-to-ceiling images of famous audio success stories using the company's world-famous audio devices. Custom joinery display areas show off historic audio equipment used by stars throughout the decades. With employee wellbeing at heart the breakout area is well equipped with ample seating, booths and a secondary, back kitchen for hospitality preparation.
The main open plan workspace includes high quality desk positions, additional meeting spaces, collaboration tables and further booths for informal meetings. The ‘touch down’ table circles a living tree which alongside the other biophilia brings the outside world into the workplace.
