Lymphoma is a type of blood cancer. It's the 5th most common type of cancer in the UK and can develop at any age. Lymphoma develops when white blood cells called lymphocytes grow out of control. Lymphocytes are part of your immune system, which helps to fight infection.

Each year in the UK, over 21,000 women are diagnosed with a gynaecological cancer. World Alzheimer's Month runs throughout September to raise awareness and challenge the stigma around alzheimer’s disease and all types of dementia. This years campaign for world alzheimer's month is 'Never too early, never too late', which focuses on the key risk factors and risk reduction, aiming to emphasise their crucial role in delaying and potentially preventing the onset of dementia. Know Your Numbers Week is the UK's biggest blood pressure testing and awareness event. Every September, blood pressure checks are taken by thousands to prevent heart attacks and strokes.

Knowing your numbers means you can start making healthy lifestyle changes or start taking medicines if you need them to bring your blood pressure down to a healthy level. It’s never too early OR late to start checking your blood pressure. Your blood pressure is very important no matter your age.

We are looking for experienced support workers in the Skegness and Mablethorpe area to work with service users who have learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.

You must be able to fulfil waking night shifts. A variety of shifts are available, rolling rota, ad hoc, bank and holiday cover. You must have experience of working with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. Applicants will need an in date DBS and be available to start immediately.
