This is the ultimate result of bleach down bathroom basins ! This leaked through a vanity unit into the floor, quick easy fix but Devastating for the floor underneath..

Something a little different today, small 45 ltr unvented water heater to replace a 1950’s Elson cylinder, these units are ideal for replacement if you only have taps to run. They won’t fill a bath but will enable a shower to be fitted !

220 year old house, wish I could find the before shots.. totally new floor, levelled by 180mm end to end, wet room area, 3000 tiles on the walls and floor overall, hidden pipe work, 4 week build time..

Finally finished ! It took 2 weeks and a few days, there were more than a few challenges along the way ! Client is doing the final paint through but overall it’s turned out well ! I’ll pop up before pics too, but rebuilt walls moved the loo one end to the other in a concrete floor, relocated shower and installed a bath .. whew !

Cad design for my next build ! It’s only 1900 x 1500 nice use of space ..

Todays jobs … big hole in concrete to move a loo and a small scale problem stopping water running properly!

Well.. its been a while, back to my fb page, I had considered it was time to concentrate on a new venture, but as is the way and will of the world that hasn't happened. so here we are, I'm back ready for all your bathroom needs, lets get cracking christmas is coming !..
