New year brings new yogis in my classes. If you are new to yoga it could be overwhelming to concentrate on lots of the different poses for a whole class. Leave alone remembering them. So in January for the next four weeks we will go back to basics. We will be learning in depth a few poses, repeat them in a slow, mindful flow a few times.
