With regards to my Paediatric First Aid Training Course for PACEY Members (Suitable for OFSTED).

The course started promptly at 9.30 am.
The course finished at 4.30pm.
The course was clear, concise and covered all areas I had expected and would expect based on previous training.
The trainer was professional and courteous. He used the time in training well, focussing on any areas that trainees needed additional time and support with. He put everyone at ease, and made the day relaxing and interesting.
I consider myself knowledgeable in all aspects of first aid that I may need in my current role.

This course was booked as my 3 year refresher. My last trainer (3 years ago) was very 'robotic' in their presentation, the complete opposite of Darren. He was interesting, using real scenarios, both his and our own to embed the training. First aid is a serious and important part of our job, but Saturdays training put things into perspective and I feel confident in my abilities, not fearful.

Teaching Emergency First Aid at Work today, when at the end of the course one of the students came up to me and informed me they retired as an Advance Paramedic a year ago after 36 years.
They informed me that it was a great course and very informative.
