One final message to all our customers and supporters.

We have end our journey selling desserts.

In a weeks time I start one of the biggest and scariest adventures of my life.

I finally found the courage to follow my life long dream.

It's been a journey being self employed and in business. It taught me many skills and attributes I will beable to use and grow 8n my future.

It's now time to follow my dream and master my next chapter.

If anyone is planning on coming ot the shop today to collect stuff.. I won't be at the shop I popped my back yesterday and currently can't walk hoping to be back mobile tomorrow

We don't have any cheese cake. And won't have any all weekend.

We are just selling what we still have in stock once its gone it's gone. I havnt bought any new ingredients this week to make Cheesecakes knowing we will are closing on Saturday.

Just abit of a service update..

As most of you know everything is freshly made here at woodys waffles..

With Christmas and this strange cold thing everyone has had its kind of knocked us about abit as a family making it harder then normal..

This has resulted in a lower then normal supply of products but we are bringing it back to a full range..

But your opinion matters..

Just a quick message to all our supporters and customers.

We will be open tomorrow..

But I maybe in late which could mean our Cheesecakes and cookie pies might be behind alittle I've got a child off school Ill and my wife still working so we are having to juggle childcare..

I hate to post this...

I know our delivery service for most part is delivered well within an hour..

Sometimes we get a massive influx of orders at once and with only 2 dri ers they can't possibly be in 7 places at once.

We when we are behind we will contact you to let you know before accepting your order.

When your ordering over 8 miles out of wisbech we ask you to understand this is a long way to travel so isn't always possible to do it within the hour while servicing all our other customers.

If my staff contact you to let you know that you order will be late before accepting your order.

We will not tolerate you abusing our staff over the phone.. if you resort to verbally abusing our staff because you have to wait 30 minutes longer before we even accepted your order (we could just accept it and not tell you) then we will not take your custom any longer..

We can't control how many or when orders come in all we can control is to make sure you get fresh desserts as fast as we can possibly do it..

Last night a memb of staff was subject to abuse over the phone several times because we couldn't deliver in the hour and contacted customers to inform them it would be around 90 minutes instead of 60 and if they was happy we would accept their order.. to be verbally abused because foodhub says 60..

It says 60 because on average we deliver within 60 minutes..

Average is not 15 orders in a hour all going in different directions..
