Am putting this post up for other businesses in the local area to be aware of a lady named either Karlie Newman or Kathy Newman. She booked in for a course of 4 treatments, the last treatment being half price at £45. I needed to re arrange the last appointment due to my son having to attend an appointment relating to him being in remission from cancer, which the client was aware he had last year. I was more than happy to re arrange for another day. She made excuses up saying I blocked her even though I have proof of communication with her but decides to contact paypal requesting £150 refund when her last treatment was only £45. I said I won't be refunding anything till the paypal case is dealt with and have had treats from her since so please everyone BE AWARE. I am expecting malicious comments after I post this because she has threatened it and any comments that are slanderous to my name will be reported and taken further.
