As many of you already know Kayleighs not working and is really poorly in hospital. None of us really know what’s going on at the moment, it’s completely out of our control. Which means the salon is open limited days at the moment due to Holly only being able to work around childcare. Please please bear with us.
Holly is trying her best working her way through her own days of full clients and also trying to help Kayleigh out where she can. She is working her way through contacting Kayleigh’s clients as and when she can. We are asking you not to contact Kayleigh regarding appointments as she doesn’t need that worry on top of ill health but to phone or message the salon.
Holly is away on holiday next week but is back in Saturday. all messages will be replied to then. We hope you all understand, it’s a worrying and stressful time at the moment so please be kind.

As of the 1st of June there will be a £3 price increase across all hair services.
We try to not have to increase our prices often but due to increasing costs with our stock and utilities we feel this is necessary. We hope you all understand. we are forever grateful for your support.

📵As everyone is aware this is one of our busiest times of the year. We work back to back no breaks or lunch. Not much family time.
We have no more booking appointments left for this year. We are still receiving phone calls wanting big appointments before Christmas. We will offer you on to our cancellation list and phone if one becomes available. We don’t tolerate abusive phone calls for having no appointments. We’re not lying or being awkward. We are a very busy salon and work by appointments only. We enjoy this time of year but don’t enjoy the nasty comments over the phone when we havnt got anything. So please don’t phone to get booked in if your not happy with cancellation list offer.
This isn’t a rant. We just ask everyone to be kind we’re doing our best. It’s tough but fun!
