We used Sienna Wax here at BB , over the years we have found that this wax is kind and gentle for not only brows but for intimate waxing too ! Not to mention the amazing smell of peppermint !

3 years ….. a pandemic …. A new husband 😉…. And sadly the loss of my father … 2 new houses later and I’m back. !!! But sadly not in Norfolk.

So it’s with sadness that I write this post . BB Beauty will cease to trade in Watton as of July 1st and due to covid restrictions that means we will not be re opening . I want to thank you for all the support and amazing friendships I have made over the last few years . I feel like a therapist and know you all so well that it is sad that I won’t get to say goodbye . I’m destined for pastures new in Oxfordshire , nearer my southern family and also my partner. I will not be closing this page yet as am gathering details of local ladies whom I recommend . So I’m trying my best to keep the ever ending covid throwaway costs down when re opening . So I’m after your thoughts?? . Instead of upping my costs for every nail treatment . You would pay an extra £1.50 on your first nail appointment and the nail files used would then be put in a named ziploc bag and belong to you only . Subsequent nail appointments then would be back to normal cost as your nail files were not disposed off after one use . So tell me what you think ????

So it’s seems forever ago that I did my last set of nails ! Hopefully not too long now . I have thrown out this years diary for a new one 🤣 so all appointments will need to be re scheduled once opening starts . I will of course keep you updated as soon as we have solid information and not speculation

I’m not sure what some are not understanding about Lockdown however it seems that I need to repeat myself ! Closed means closed . Those that continue to try and book under the radar .. will, I can categorically state , be the last on my list to have an appointment once lockdown is lifted ... Why ? Because if your clearly breaking the rules now than I won’t put my other clients at risk on my return . So it’s your choice ..... put up and shut up or look like gorilla for the rest of the year ! 🤣

Just a reminder that I am most definitely closed . I’ve had lots of people asking for appointments over the past week or so . Now I know I’m a rebel at times and you’ve all seen my naughty side I’m sure 😜 BUT I won’t be bending rules or putting my family or my regular clients in jeopardy for the minority who can’t understand Lockdown rules . The quicker we do this the quicker you ladies can get back to your normal beauty regime !!! 💙💙💙

It is with heavy heart that I will now be closing the door for the forseeable . Although the government has not currently shut down the beauty industry I feel that now is the time to do so to not only protect my family but our community of watton on a wider scale . Please please make sure that when, once again our doors open that you support our small businesses here in watton . I have put blood sweat and tears into my business and don’t want to have to close my doors forever . All self employed people are being hit far harder than those that are on PAYE , so please make sure that you all help us to get us back on our feet in the future 💙💙

In light of today’s news I am making arrangements to move the salon around and make room for an area for children . Therefore below are the following dates the salon will be OPEN . All other dates I will be closed . All parents will be asked to sign a disclaimer if bringing children to their appointment . COVID 19 advice still applies . Do not attend if you are in 14 day lock down ! Everyone will be asked to remove shoes and antibac hands on arrival. In the event my family is out into isolation the below dates will not apply .

Due to the Buyers of our property pulling out on the day of exchange , the Salon will now remain in the usual place for some months to come . So Please bare with us whilst we put the salon back to its normal state as we also having to rebuild all our furniture ect for the main house too . X see you all Monday peeps 💙

Okay so it’s been the talk of the salon all week .... Please if you have FLU like symptoms (not a general sniffle or cold ) do not attend your appointment . You are entering my home which in turn puts my 5 children at possible risk and also so many other ladies in our community from the C word ! 😉 I now won’t say anymore on the matter as I know you ladies are all sensible and responsible people 🤗 😘
