PRODUCTION OPERATIVES ROLES!

We are looking for hard-working, friendly people to join our Production team in Witney and help us supply the nation with eggs.

We have a number of shift patterns to suit you (Mon-Fri, Evenings, Weekends, Continental).

The role:

Carry out tasks within the grading process as instructed.
Packs eggs from the grading machine.
Load correct packaging onto the grading machine.
Load incoming stock onto the production line to be graded.
Achieve production targets and maximise efficiency.
Ensure that product is rotated to minimise waste.
Attend any necessary training required for the role.
Work in any area within the production process as required.
Identify areas of inefficiency and waste, and suggest improvements to the Team leader/ Shift Manager
Ensure work is completed to a high-standard, and all necessary documentation is completed
Maintain a respectful and constructive working relationship with colleagues and managers.
No experience required! As all training will be given by the company including:

Health & Safety
Manual handling
Manual/Electric pallet truck
HACCP
Safe systems of work
Food handling/hygiene

Job Title Apprentice / Trainee Farm Manager, Rearing
Location Multi-sites in Oxfordshire
Salary £18,000 – 20,000 + benefits

Job Purpose:

To work with the Farm Managers and Assistant Farm Managers to achieve all aspects listed below, whilst developing the required knowledge to be able to progress into a farm management role.

1. To ensure that the highest standards are maintained in stock husbandry, bird welfare, flock performance and management.
2. To ensure the highest site standards are maintained and the environmental & ethical policies are adhered to.
3. To ensure sites are audit ready, and comply with all Noble and industry standards.
4. To operate effectively the Company Health & Safety Policy

The requirements will be dependent on the jobholder’s previous experience, knowledge, qualifications, and the demands of the specific activities.

Physical demands:
The role involves manual handling, bending and working outside. The jobholder should have a reasonable level of fitness and should report any conditions that may be aggravated by the required activities.

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday (06:00-16:30)

Week 2: Saturday, Sunday (06:00-18:00) & Wednesday, Thursday (06:00-17:30).

The role:
