Gourmet Patisserie

We are looking for an experienced Morning Goods Baker and pastry chef for our wholesale artisan patisserie.

We are a growing company, and require someone motivated to grow with us. The Morning Goods Baker will bake a variety of different products, such as cakes, quiches,croissants, danish puff pastry products, sourdough just to name a few, however there is a wide variety of goods we create and knowledge of Viennoiserie
together with working knowledge of yeast doughs is required.

Work in the patisserie production will also be part of the work during part of the shift where a very wide range of products is produced.

Our clients are mainly wholesale and include prestigious venues in London.

The right candidate will also have experience in scaling, laminating, shaping and baking.

Additional Information: 45 hours per week over 5 days per week
1pm start to 10:30 Tuesday to Saturday
Overtime may be required and are paid
Uniform is provided
Friendly family atmosphere and ability to grow with the company
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are self motivated with a desire to learn and develop their skills. Someone who can work in a team who will fit in with our friendly environment and work with a can-do attitude.

We are looking for a kitchen assistant to Join our team ( 4.5 hours per day but will expand to 9 hours per day- full time) and work in our production unit in Mayford. Experience is not essential as training can be given.

There is scope for career development if baking is your passion.

A small percentage of the job require cleaning.

We are a small wholesale patisserie & bakery supplying hotels, restaurants, caterers and now also offering home deliveries.

You must be eligible to work in UK and have a good command of English.
