Hosted by Reiki Master Kate Mellish, this is the Foundation course where you will receive four attunements to Reiki healing energy in person. These free the flow of Reiki within you, opening you up to your innate healing ability and raising your energetic frequency. You will learn about the history of Reiki and your place in lineage to Dr Usui, and learn how to give a full Reiki treatment to both yourself and others. You will also learn how to scan the body for energy blockages and how to protect and maintain your own energetic field. A full manual is provided via PDF for your reference.​​​​​​​​

Welcome to Reiki Light Workers, an organisation spearheaded by myself, Kate Mellish. I have been a Reiki Master, Healer and Teacher of the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition for the last 20 years and feel now is the time to put it all together and bring Reiki workshops to the Wokingham area.
Thank you for visiting this page, it is a work in progress and soon there will be more information about upcoming workshops teaching and providing attunements to Reiki I, Reiki II, Reiki III and Reiki Master/ Teacher.
For those of you unfamiliar to Reiki, it is a gentle and joyful energy that originates from a Japan and literally translates as ‘Life Force Energy’. It is transmitted from practitioner/ healer to clients through gentle touch to your body and energy field. Receivers of Reiki healing report healing of physical and emotional blockages, as well as benefits of relaxation and connection to a higher energy.
In the coming weeks and months I will be adding more information to this page so keep an eye out! Many thanks for taking the time to read this and support my work.
