Shower screen replaced for a client, was meant to be a simple job but unfortunately the previous plumber had used industrial strength adhesive on the shower screen so it was a pain to get off the wall!
But we got there in the end and we have one happy customer with a new shower screen.

"quick" tap and waste replacement, fought me on every step but we got there in the end. These things happen when something has been in for 50+ years.

Another emergency call out done. Big hole in the body of the pressure reducing valve on the incoming main! Could of caused absolute chaos if the client didn’t spot on straight away. Luckily there was minimal water damage.
Replaced with a high quality Honeywell unit which should give any problems for many decades.

Emergency leak all fixed, a tiny pin hole in a fitting under the bathroom floor, caused a leak that was dripping through a downlight in the kitchen. Managed to repair by reaching in from the room next door. This was very awkward but avoids the tiles being ripped up and the ceiling taken down. Leading to minimal damage and a happy customer

Got called out to an emergency leak today. Turns out the nut holding on the bath waste had seized to the plug itself so it got loosened to let the water out. Causing the waste connection to separate from the bath.
One very damp ceiling but luckily not much water damage, brand new bath waste kit fitted and no more leak!

Just visited an elderly customer of mine for some maintenance work. Did her bathroom and toilet two years ago and it's all still looking like new.
Fitted a floor level shower tray for easy entry (no large step), an easy to use mira pumped shower and a comfort (high rise) toilet to ease getting on and off.
