As it’s off season for knitted items I’m busy knitting a cardigan for my granddaughter’s 3rd birthday and then on to make a matching one for her cousin due in November. Spoiler - in the same colour

Little ducks all now delivered over 150 this year

Yesterday was all about the heads 9 done in total as well as the first 4 arms next will be the body and legs which are knitted in one piece

Today has been all about bunny ears

First batch of ducks delivered today and very pleased to say the customer was delighted and has sent me a photo of them with Cadbury creme eggs in them ready to go to their new recipients

We’ll be at The Coombes in Arborfield next Saturday!🎄

Only a week to go until The Coombes hosts Laserworks Winter Festival @ The Coombes on Saturday 18th November! We are nearly sold out of tickets for the laser show element, but the Winter Fair (3-5pm) is open to all, entry by donation (free entry if you have a ticket for Laserworks).

We have lots of stalls for some Christmas shopping - the following are confirmed: Mel's Marvellous Creations, DiddybyDesign, Becki’s Blossoming Books - In Partnership with Usborne, Tropic Skincare With Sarah Boys, Fairy's Cakes, NICE 2 GREET U and SAFE - Saving Abandoned Fly-Grazing Equines. There's still space for a couple more - if you're interested, drop an email to [email protected].

There is also food by Adrian Roots , plus a Tuck Shop, hot drinks, games, and for the first time for us - a silent disco! Lots to keep children and adults entertained.

This all finishes off with a brilliant laser display set to Disney music at 5:30pm (for those with tickets). See you there!

Working on my Christmas collection there will be some new designs but the reindeers and penguins will be back as they always prove to be popular

I was asked to do a memorial heart at short notice. Sometimes it’s the little things that you do that make a difference
