This beautiful home was a project we inherited at a point where only the outer walls and steels had been installed (dangerously fitted and incorrectly designed by the architects). Typically, we don’t work on projects designed by others let alone partially built, but the original reason for setting up Creative was to show clients that this industry boasts some of the best project management, creative minds and tradespeople. What better opportunity to prove this point than this scenario. After countless hours stripping this project back and rectifying issues too vast to explain in one post, the short story is we finally managed to restore the faith in our clients minds after a year of working together (now friends). These are just a few images of this stunning house, as we are currently working on the next phase. We will do a case study on this particular property to help educate anybody wanting to undertake architectural and building works.
When we met these lovely people originally their wish was to create a recognisable front entrance. Prior to the works, it was hard to identify the entrance to this property due to its proximity to the road and driveway. This client had never undertaken any sort of building works previously, so was quite intimidated by adding a large two story extension boasting a spacious double bedroom with en-suite, study, utility, and larger family bathroom. We removed a major structural corner from the original house, which allowed us to open up the stairs and create a beautiful feature lighting detail to the stairwell.

We have been busy designing & building our projects!! Now we are going back to professionally photograph them with the help of @w6photography. Project update!!! Another lovely project coming to an end. The clients have been lovely to serve, it’s truly been my pleasure.
Award winning and it shows… Between the design team and the guys on the ground implementing these designs, we have a winning recipe. In February 2021 the business will be 14 years in the making, and I am proud of all the bodies & minds that have played a part in creating our vision and reputation. If you are in the early stages of setting up a business, and are struggling with motivation, my advice would be to exercise your body and mind consistently, don’t wait for success to be delivered to you, and surround yourself with people that both test and nourish you. Focus, positive consistency, awareness in yourself and your environment, will see you achieve all the things you are dreaming of today!! Stay on it, and you will be amazed with what you can achieve… 🧠💪
