A lovely day to photograph our little project. The screed has been sanded ready for latexing Monday, and the decoration will start next week. We will then hand this over to our sister company for the kitchen installation 🫶

Our Berkshire based project is coming to the closing stage, this has been a lovely house to work on with great clients.

There has been an unbelievable amount of time and energy spent of the flooring in this house. It boasts underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, topped with this high gloss resin floor finish. These finishes have followed through into the bathrooms, making for a very modern and extravagant feel.

to the rescue!!

Thank you Ashrose for replacing our gas leaking, inefficient and unreliable boiler!! We are very used to having on our projects, but today we had the privilege of them at our HQ.

It’s always important when replacing a boiler to pay that bit extra for a power flush! As you can see from the images above, over a number of years the amount of corrosion floating around in the system can cause massive issues and jeopardise the warranty on a new boiler!

New floor down! Now let the 1st fix electrics and plaster boarding begin 💡🔋💪🏼

Our Sunningdale refurbishment project is well underway!

This beautifully positioned six bedroom property boasts high ceilings and large rooms that allow for the use of mixed materials such as silk wallpaper, intricate wall panelling and stunning feature lighting.

Time to work our magic again and add a large extension / reconfigure what is already a big house into a massive home!
The current home is not pretty, self confessed by the owners, but it will be stunning when we have finished.

Situated in woodlands and accompanied by beautiful neighbouring homes, once complete this home will rival any of the neighbours. We have started some internal works in areas that require minimal reconfiguration and will share these images with you shortly.

Project update!!
Bat license obtained and inspection carried out, confirming that bats are not present. This now allows us to remove the 100 year old garage and make some much needed room in the garden for this lovely new extension and garden entertainment space! 80% of the new windows and doors have now been installed, and a big week next week for 1st fix electrics and plumbing installation. Internal images will follow shortly.

Working with Asbestos is serious business!! are specialist property consultants and we manage every stage of the process from architecture, CDM (which highlighted the danger within this property at the earliest opportunity) and construction. If you have a project planned for 2024 make sure you understand the entire process before you commit to so much as a sketch.

Shortly after the site had been set up, we had a surprise visit from HSE. We were told that in the building profession covering Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey is in the minority 10% who have the required legal practices and paperwork. We are obviously very proud of our compliance but this statistic is frightening!

This was one of our turnkey projects, where we took the client from initial space planning designs all the way through the planning process and completed the build. These photos do not do this project justice as the property has had a vast area added, and the whole house reconfigured.

After completing a luxurious extension for this client last year, we were invited back to carry out this wonderful landscaping project. Some of it’s features involve mirroring, internal and external tiles, LED lit stairs to the top garden, a bespoke granite fire pit, a 4x4 meter floating concrete seating area, and a granite water feature. We get to work in some truly historical buildings, none more so than this beautiful property in Sunningdale which has a close connection to the Royal Family. We will add classic and timeless designs, both internally and externally in order to elaborate and accentuate this property’s rich character whilst maintaining it’s sense of past developments. In total we have three phases of works to carry out on this home, ranging from restoration, internal refurbishment through to an extension.

This house will be like no other!! These clients have one of the strongest eclectic styles I have had the pleasure of working with. I am really looking forward to seeing this one finished with all furnishings and decor!! We have redesigned / structurally altered the fabric of this property to create a beautiful open plan, kitchen, dining area and snug whilst enhancing the entrance and maximising the space available in the lounge. There is also a modernisation of the stairwell running through the three floors. This is a project to keep a close eye on 👀

There are very few rooms in this house not being touched - the rest is all new! We have extended the property to create a large open plan kitchen, dining and snug. Plus a new grand porch. We have re-configured the property to create a new study, spacious WC and utility room, luxurious main bathroom and master ensuite. Structurally, we have removed elements of the landing area to create a large feature area for a chandelier and glass viewing point from the Master bedroom letting in ample light. Thank you to for the initial recommendation. This project will be stunning once complete.

Four projects viewed in one day!! Not only was it a lovely sunny day Wednesday(hopefully a sign of things to come this year!), but I managed to visit four of our projects. They are all at different stages but all on track and looking great.
