We have British Cycling qualified Road, Time Trial and Track coaches, which work with groups and individuals, providing physical coaching plans as well as personal session support, such as power testing, pursuit planning and derny sessions. We work with a wide variety of riders, from youth riders to veterans, from riders just taking up racing having previously been leisure cyclists to riders looking to achieved National titles and some that are now working on securing a place on team GB for Tokyo. One to one coaching is designed for each individual rider to help them to find ways to achieve their personal goals, whatever they maybe. We are well used to working with riders balancing the demands of work, family life and training, so we don’t just send out standard monthly plans, we work with each rider to maximize the training time they have by having strong connections with them. That isn’t to say we don’t set high expectations, but they need to be agreed challenging targets that help motivate the riders to achieve each step towards achieving the big end goals.
