During my time of convalescing, I have time to stop and sit and enjoy the wild birds of the garden visiting our bird feeder. I wanted to remember this time as I prepare to return to work and not forget the gift it was to be forced to stop, to take in my surroundings. And the despite emotional, physical and spiritual turmoil that has happened in the last 4 weeks. God is still a good father, He is near and provides as he does these wild birds. “Peace” is my newest piece ! See what I did there 😜 When I did this painting I was going for just a pretty picture with a colour scheme in mind for someone’s kitchen, however when I looked deeper into the finished product, I saw peace overcoming darkness. What is peace to you! Have you known peace in turmoil? One verse in the bible close to my heart 👇🏼 “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives.
