I hate doing negative posts but I hope you all understand.

Our new price list will be coming out next week, we have kept prices as low as possible given the price of products wages insurances accountants transport etc etc

We will also be changing the way we do things,
Domestic cleaning will be paid upfront or the booking is not reserved.

I’m sad to have to implement this but this week alone we have had 3 people not pay and not reply.

We are a small business, I have kids and bills and I’m currently working 5am-11pm most days, including weekends.

If there’s is a problem I’m more than happy to address this I always take responsibility and try my best to satisfy our customers.
But once the job is done and you say it’s brilliant, I would expect payment which hasn’t happened in a few cases over the past few months since changing to online payment only, we do have a 3rd party that collects the payment and more eventually so I don’t really understand why people don’t pay to start with. Home cleaning is a luxury, we understand this but if you can’t afford it please don’t book it.

We stopped accepting cash when we took on staff as we didn’t feel it fair to ask staff to carry around cash for their safety.

4 weeks time our new price list will be out and regrettably we have increased prices on all services apart from ironing services we have been able to fix for the time being, 💜

We buy 26 different chemicals a week these have gone from £5.20 a bottle to over £8 a bottle, that’s an increase of over £200 a week
Then,
Staff wages have increased,
Insurance payments have increased,
Accountants fees have increased,
HR and HMRC costs have increased,
Industry standard colour coded cleaning cloths have stayed the same price but instead of getting 16 in a pack we now get 8! 😩

We know everyone is feeling the pinch but we simply can’t continue at current prices, we hope you understand and we endeavour as always to bring expertise, excellence and the highest standards in Cleaning, in turn still giving value for money.

What a day!!!
Very rewarding but needing a sit down now

2 end of tenancy cleans deep cleans!
First was a kitchen taking 4 hours and second was a 3 bed house taking 2 people 5 hours.

Unfortunately I forgot to take photos of the first and the second customer didn’t want us to use photographs of the house as they are trying to rent it out and didn’t want potential tenants to see the property in original state. Both properties had been occupied nearly 10 years sooooo we had 10 years of grime to remove!

From the pictures of this floor I’m sure you get the idea! It was our pleasure to restore these properties! 💜

It’s Saturday!!!
We made it through another week!

Our girls are out already doing regular cleans but for me I’ll be at home today and tomorrow!

I’ve worked all half term and it’s been a manic one so I’m taking some time with the kids. I will reply to online messages as and when I can. The phone lines will be off until 8.30am Monday 27th Feb.
