Specialist recruiter Huxton Resourcing is playing an important role in helping find staff needed by organisations that support vulnerable young people and adults across the Black Country. Huxton, of Derwent House, Waterloo Road, Wolverhampton, provides recruitment services to social care and education organisations. Formed in December 2015, Huxton now employs seven and it finds both temporary and permanent staff. Within education it supplies learning support assistants that support students with disabilities and within social care it provides support workers to local authorities, private and voluntary sector organisations. Huxton Resourcing was formed by two female directors Anup Deol and Selina Dahri that wished to offer a more niche, personal quality-based service for education and social care clients in the area. They believed there was a gap for a local recruitment company that carefully matched the right worker to the right role. Anup brings over 20 years of recruitment/senior management experience. After qualifying as a social worker, practising with young offenders/child protection, she then moved into recruitment progressing into senior management positions. Selina has more than a decade of recruitment experience within education/social care progressing to senior positions. She builds strong positive working relationships based on trust and clear communication. Selina has worked with a range of clients, providing an exclusive recruitment service for large recruitment needs.
