Suitable for all abilities; our simple aim is to get you moving, increase your heart rate and give you every chance of having a safe and successful Run - whatever your aims!

“Charli is amazing, she has literally changed my life!
I had been ill for 2 1/2 years and the NHS was getting nowhere and I was reliant on high doses of strong painkillers that left me fatigued and weak. After 1 consultation with Charli I was able to reduce my painkillers significantly, 2 weeks later I stopped my medication completely and now, 2 months later, I am back to where I was in October 2021 before I became unwell.
Charli managed to diagnose in 20 minutes what had taken a Neurologist 3 months to discover but not follow up. Charli was then able to use a combination of stretching exercises and massage to treat the issue with my sciatic nerve.
I am now back running, hiking, working properly and I can stay up past 7pm every night for the first time since 2021. Truly life changing.”

“I first came to Ryan in October 2022 with a chronic 5year+ injury. After going through the NHS, having multiple MRI’s and trying multiple physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors, I was loosing hope for an injury I felt would never heal.
Straight away Ryan’s approach was different to the other specialists I’d seen. He applied an approach of directly targeting the symptoms and was open to changing the rehab routine based on how the injury reacted. I felt confident leaving every session that I was really heading in the right direction.
Throughout observations Ryan took the time to make sure I was doing all the rehab exercises correctly and was on hand if I needed some out of hours advice.
A year on and my symptoms are minimal to none.

We first rolled out our classes in 2023 and they were fully booked from the off. Due to their popularity we have now created a NEW class time, but numbers remain limited.

- To deliver a World-Class small-group circuit session that has all the components of Gym training you need, without the stress/hassle of having to organise it yourself.

- To educate you on the benefits of Strength and Conditioning as part of your Running programme.

Wondering how you should be adapting your running training during the winter months?❄️
Here are our top tips👇
1. Warm up BEFORE you leave the house and keep it simple: jogging on the spot, bounces, jumps, hops, mountain climbers etc
2. Optimise your cadence before you increase your distances as overstriding can increase forces on joints. (Optimal cadence is different for everyone but a good target is 165-180spm)
3. Don’t do ‘BIG’ sessions on back to back days. Try not to increase speed/ distance on consecutive days as this will risk overloading tissues
EXTRA TIP: Don't forget your rest days 💤 As well as factoring in other forms of exercise into your routine!
Self-testing series 4: Shoulder to wall test
This range of movement test is a great way to measure if shoulder flexibility is something you need to work on, and to check if you're sufficiently warmed up for any overhead/shoulder-based sports.
When keeping your hips, back and head against the wall we would like to achieve a wall touch with your knuckles.
