A Christmas sound bath on Saturday 16th December from 14.00 - 15.30 - cosmic flow and sound bath, followed by a glass of fiz and a minced pie.

At St Marks Church Hall.

£25 all in.

Please wear comfortable clothes and layers for the sound bath. We have bolsters but you may want a yoga mat to lie on, a blanket and a pillow. I would also suggest warm socks and a bottle of water.

We welcomed new yogis to class and nice to see old faces. We had a super flow warming up the worked our hamstrings using our props.

It was great busy class, loved it.
